Job Overview
TSGSI is looking for an experienced and passionate Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the company's supply chain management. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with the executive team to drive the development and growth of the company's business and ensure efficient operation and cost control of the supply chain. This position requires strategic vision and execution capabilities to achieve the company's long-term goals and vision.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related majors.
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years of senior management experience.
Successful supply chain management experience in the software or technology industry, especially in a fast-growing corporate environment.
Experience working in a multi-state organization, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Acute insight into industry trends and market changes, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
Strong interest in technology and innovation, especially in the areas of software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management:
Oversee and manage the company's supply chain operations to ensure efficient operation of business processes.
Develop and implement supply chain policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and quality.
Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless operations of all business units.
Strategic Planning:
Work with the CEO and executive team to develop the company's long-term supply chain strategy and annual business plan.
Ensure that the supply chain strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy to drive business growth.
Performance Monitoring:
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance.
Analyze supply chain data, identify problems and propose improvement plans.
Report supply chain status and performance results to the CEO regularly.
Team Management:
Lead and develop the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and performance of team members.
Establish effective communication channels to promote cross-departmental collaboration.
Promote company culture and values to inspire employee morale and team cohesion.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage supply chain budgets, control costs and improve profitability.
Work with the finance department to ensure the rational use of supply chain funds.
Supervise resource allocation to ensure maximum return on investment.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess supply chain risks and develop risk management strategies.
Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
Design and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the supply chain.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Build and maintain good relationships with key customers and partners.
Continuously optimize customer experience and enhance customer loyalty.
