TSGSI is looking for a passionate and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be responsible for the front desk affairs in the daily operation of the company. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications
High school degree or related professional degree, relevant work experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite) and telephone systems.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proactive and team player.

Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Visitor Reception: Welcome visiting customers and partners, provide professional services, and ensure they are assisted in a timely manner.
Call Management: Answer and transfer calls, record messages, handle customer inquiries, and maintain good customer relations.
Administrative Support: Assist with daily paperwork, including file management, meeting arrangements, and schedule coordination.
Office Environment Maintenance: Ensure that the front desk area and meeting rooms are clean and orderly, and replenish office supplies in a timely manner.
Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and support the daily operations of the company.
