TSGSI is looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's daily operations and strategic execution. As COO, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of the company's operations to drive the company's long-term development goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related majors.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including more than 5 years of senior management experience.
Successful operational management experience in the technology or software industry, especially in a fast-growing corporate environment.
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Have a keen insight into industry trends and market changes, and be able to adapt quickly to changes.
Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide team members.

Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operation Management:
Oversee all operational activities of the company to ensure efficient business processes and resource allocation.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
Strategic Planning:
Work with the CEO and other senior executives to develop the company's strategic goals and annual business plans.
Ensure that the operational strategy is consistent with the overall company strategy to promote business growth.
Performance Monitoring:
Set key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor operational performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
Report operational status and performance results to the CEO on a regular basis.
Team Management:
Lead and develop the operations team to ensure professional growth and high performance of team members.
Establish effective communication and collaboration channels to enhance team cohesion.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage operating budgets, control costs and improve profitability.
Work with the finance department to ensure the rational allocation of resources.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess operational risks and develop corresponding risk management strategies.
Ensure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers and partners.
